1 scoop of QuickTrim PROnom 23 Vanilla Cupcake Batter protein
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 handful of ice
About 6-8 ounces of orange juice (or apple juice)
Instructions
Toss in the strawberries, banana, protein powder and a spoonful of peanut butter into a blender, then top with ice. Pour in orange or apple juice until the blender is about ⅓ to ½ full, depending on whether you like thicker or thinner shakes.
Blend until everything is combined. Enjoy!
