Ingredients
1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature (8 tablespoons)
¼ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1¼ cups flour
¼ teaspoon salt
⅔ cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Beat butter and sugars together for about 2-3 minutes, until they're light and fluffy, then add in the milk and vanilla. Turn the mixer to the lowest speed and gently add in flour and salt until a crumbly dough has formed.
Fold in the chocolate chips with a spoon.
