Hello, Halloween ’16!

Guess who’s back, back again?! As popular as certain recipes are on Collegiate Cook, this site is arguably even better known for its 3-week tribute to All Hallows Eve, and this year is no different. For the next 15 weekdays, hit us up to get fresh costume and recipe ideas to make Halloween ’16 better than any year prior.

Essentially, Mondays through Thursdays we’ll feature pop culture-inspired costumes, gleaning inspiration from TV shows, music, movies, food, art and politics. Nothing is off limits, and we welcome any suggestions for upcoming posts (just tweet at us: @collegiatecook).

On Fridays, we’ll go back to the site’s roots, sharing a crazy-easy recipe that will kill at your Halloween party (but not literally, obviously, because we may be a little unhinged when it comes to the holiday…but we’re not savages, okay?).

Our #Halloween16 celebration officially kicks off tomorrow, Oct. 3, but until then, here are some costumes and dishes from last year to tide you over.
