Why should mimosas get all the Champagne-splashed fun? This insanely easy cocktail is inspired by the classic brunchtime drink — just sub out the OJ for apple cider.
The key to the perfect Ciderini (or mimosa, for that matter), is a one to one ratio of juice to Champagne, where you pour the bubbly first, then the juice. The carbonation from the Champers will mix everything together just right.
- 1 half-gallon apple cider
- 2 bottles Champagne (Go for the cheap stuff! It's okay.)
- Pour each glass half-full with Champagne, then top with cider.
