#Halloween13 BONUS: Ciderini Cocktails

Apple Ciderini Cocktail recipe from CollegiateCook.com

Why should mimosas get all the Champagne-splashed fun? This insanely easy cocktail is inspired by the classic brunchtime drink — just sub out the OJ for apple cider.

The key to the perfect Ciderini (or mimosa, for that matter), is a one to one ratio of juice to Champagne, where you pour the bubbly first, then the juice. The carbonation from the Champers will mix everything together just right.

Serve it alongside our Pumpkin Streusel Micro-muffins, ghost truffles, Pepperjack Cheese Dip, Black Bean Dip and oven-baked fries, and you’ll have friends asking if you can cater their lives.
