If you prefer a more even chocolate-to-cereal ratio, stir the oats into the melted chocolate and drop it by spoonfuls on a baking sheet, then stick it in the freezer. You can make them thinner this way, making them easier to eat, but fair warning: Instead of the artsy layered look, they kind of resemble…well, turds. Just sayin’.
