If there were a font for “high-pitched squeals of excitement,” I would be using it right now, because I just can’t wait to tell you guys: The Collegiate Cookbook is coming here!

Inspired by the University of South Florida’s 2013 football season, The Collegiate Cookbook: USF Gameday Edition is packed with more than 40 recipes, Bulls trivia and a peek inside the school’s tailgating culture. Every recipe comes complete with photos, so you know exactly what you’re getting yourself into (and boy, is it delicious!). Plus, 25 percent of the net proceeds will go toward Honors College scholarships. Our goal is to make your watch parties tastier, and at least one student’s university expenses a bit lighter.

We want your new tailgating traditions to start this weekend, when USF plays McNeese State, so if you fill out the form below, we’ll send you free printable PDFs of two signature treats: The Raging Bulls Mojito and the McNeese State Cowboy Cookies. (Psst…these cookies are loaded with chocolate and chopped hazelnuts, so they’re practically Nutella in gooey cookie form!)

Some of the recipes include: Waffle-battered chicken strips, pulled pork sliders, Rocky’s Unstoppable (ahem, UnstoppaBULL) Snack Mix, “Sweet Victory” or “Drown Your Sorrows” Boozy Cupcakes, bacon-pumpkin pancakes (Whaaat?!), loaded baked potato salad and “Spear Those Knights” Fruit Kabobs with Honey Caramel Sauce.

Get the details (and order a copy, if you’re so inclined) right here.

(And non-Bulls, don’t worry — there’s a tailgate cookbook for you on its way soon. Though we’re pretty big advocates of this one.)
